He authored Innovative State ~ How New Technologies can Transform Government, focused on problem solving through better public and private sector collaboration. In 2011, Aneesh was named to Modern Healthcare’s list of the 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare.

    John is the CEO of Ingenios Health and brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to Imperium and is recognized as a visionary for his entrepreneurial style and bold approach to business. He is credited with introducing the capitated, full-risk broker model to state governments, health insurers and other health-related entities in the early 1990s. In 2003, he received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award ® in the Business and Technology Services category for the Southeast region.

    Dr. Praveen Arla

    Chief Medical Officer, Imperium Health

    Dr. Arla is a board-certified physician practicing both internal medicine and pediatrics and a nationally-recognized authority on technology-enabled care innovation and practice transformation. In 2012, Dr. Arla co-founded Southern Kentucky Health Care Alliance, one of the nation’s top performing physician-led ACOs. As Chief Medical Director, Dr. Arla has helped shape clinical policy and practice transformation strategies. Dr. Arla has provided healthcare technology consulting to practices throughout the region, and has helped shape health policy on local and national levels; serving as the Health Department medical director in his County, working closely with Kentucky legislators on state health care initiatives, and as a speaker on behalf of President Obama’s Office of National Drug Control Policy. As Chief Medical Information Officer, Dr. Arla is spearheading Imperium’s efforts to develop and partner with best-in-breed technologies in support of value-based reimbursement models. Dr. Arla holds a medical degree from Rush Medical College and degree in Public Health Policy from Des Moines

    Dr. Sclar is the Chief Medical Officer of Ingenios Health and specializes in preventive medicine and public health. Josh was an Innovation Advisor at Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital and taught at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. He has previously been an ORISE Policy Fellow at the US Food and Drug Administration and a practicing physician.

    Dr. Lowentritt is and will serve as our Senior Clinical Policy Advisor. Dr. Lowentritt is a New Orleans-based Nephrologist who provides primary care and concierge personal care services, and serves as the medical director of New Orleans’ two premier continuing care retirement communities. As the founder and CEO of Louisiana Physicians ACO, the only physician-owned, physician-governed ACO in Louisiana, Dr. Lowentritt is engaging providers to re-center primary care and create high-value care models.
